Keely’s goal is to help you build a strong, agile body that will help carry you through your years. One-on-one personal training is individually-focused training with the direction and goals determined by the client and Keely. Included is weekly wellness plans.

Menopause Transition: Keely is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist certified through Girls Gone Strong! I hope that clients sign up for classes, partner, or personal training and come with questions, feel like they can talk freely, and are ready to plan together! Everyone’s menopausal needs are different, and I am here to listen and help.

Keely’s classes are small group personal training classes. Sometimes participants will have individual workouts, and sometimes they will have the same. Each class is completely dependent on who is registered. If you are new, please sign up for an introductory session before signing up for classes or sessions.

Partner Training is a great way to exercise and socialize! Weekly fitness plans are included upon request.
